  （2）"Purpose of use" of personal information obtained in connection with a request for disclosure, etc.

  Personal information obtained in connection with a request for disclosure, etc. shall be handled only to the extent necessary for disclosure, etc. Documents submitted will be kept for one year after our response, after which they will be discarded.
